Custom instructions from Automation are now available for manual replies! The same options and behavior now apply when customers reply manually in the Reviews feed.
This feature is available to the same customers as Automation Custom Instructions.
All instructions are synced between Automation and the Reviews feed, making it easier than ever to maintain consistency in replies.
