We’ve updated the Home Hub to include more useful metrics and a summary.
Now, when you open the Home Hub, you will see the AppFollow Vitals chart and a short AI-generated summary.
Vitals are the key customer support metrics every app owner needs to track:
  • Average app rating
  • Reply rate
  • Average reply time
  • Share of auto-replies
  • Tag coverage
Each metric has a benchmark — Low, Typical, or Great, to help you understand how these metrics are performing.
