We would like to request the ability to download a report that includes the previous review rating before the reply, alongside the current rating after the reply effect has been applied. While we are currently able to manually review these changes in the reviews feed, having the ability to export this data into a downloadable file would greatly improve our ability to build reports and track changes in review scores.
Requested Features:
  • The ability to download data similar to the current reviews feed export.
  • The export should include both the current rating and the previous rating before the reply was made, clearly distinguishing between the two.
  • Ability to filter the data based on the same criteria as the reviews feed, but with the added visibility of the previous rating.
  • The goal is to avoid manually clicking through each review to view the previous rating and to provide an easier way to monitor and present changes in review scores.
Why This is Useful:
  • This feature would provide more visibility and ease of access to changes in ratings.
  • It would allow us to track the effectiveness of replies on app reviews without needing to navigate to each individual review.
  • It will help in monitoring improvements in app ratings and make it easier to present the data to stakeholders.
