Currently only email is offered for Monitoring Agents. Previously in the Legacy integrations, it was possible to add it for Slack, the client found the existing integration and managed to edit it to re-enable the summary, but when they try to create the same thing for the 3 other apps, clicking "Add new" sends them to the Monitoring Agents flow — and there, the "Send to" step only offers Email or Webhook, with no option to post to a Slack channel. They want to still receive these alerts via Monitoring Agents, in Slack too.

Every change to the rule should be traceable: what was changed, when, and by whom.

AI Support Agent replies are generated as one block of text with no paragraph breaks, which makes longer replies hard to read. When users manually edit the reply to add line breaks and save it, the formatting still doesn't change and the reply stays as a single paragraph. Customers would like the AI Agent to structure replies into short paragraphs, and would like manually added line breaks to be kept when a reply is edited and published, wherever the store supports it.

Automatically select the AIRS used to generate the reply by the agent, in case when there is no default AIRS set.

As Power BI is the first data visualization tool in the market, it would be great to have connector between AppFollow and Power BI (same as you have for Tableau or other tools)

I would like to export (xls/csv) data for custom sources on reviews feed page

Allow to pin "favorite templates" instead of automated templates sorting in the Reviews Feed (when replying to a review)

It would be useful to understand when exactly Automation Agent was created - currently it is possible to sort by created date, but only last run date is visible.
