Make Semantic tags work as fast as keywords in automation conditions
We created different 3 rules for a single topic: with keywords, with tags and with semantic tags, semantic tags prioritized. But only the rule with keywords generated replies, even though it has the lowest priority among all 3

Show translation of replies
Replies are sent in different languages that we don't know. It will be useful to have the translation feature for replies like we do have for reviews. It will help us check the reply quality in different languages, not only English and Russian
