The option of sending alerts to our team via MS is only available for one monitoring agent. Can you expand it to include all alerts?

Currently, the Updated filter includes all reviews that have been updated, regardless of whether the update occurred within the selected date range. For example, if I select August 2026 as the custom date range, the results may still include reviews written in August but by review history, it will have January 2026 simply because they were updated at some point. This makes it difficult to identify the reviews that were specifically updated during August. Review written in August but review history does not include updated review in August, should be excluded from the filter. I would like the Updated filter to consider the actual review update date and display only reviews that were updated within the selected date range. For example: Selected date: August 1–31, 2026 Expected result: Only reviews updated during August 2026 Exclude: Reviews updated outside the selected date range, even if they were originally posted earlier This would make it much easier to accurately track and report the number of reviews updated during a specific period. At the moment, I have to manually count these reviews, which is time-consuming and prone to error.

Hello, I would like the ability to send private messages to the end reviewer because we sometimes have to discuss private information that should not be public.

Since the Translate button now translates replies directly inside AppFollow instead of opening Google Translate, there's no way to correct a translation without leaving the platform. If the AI-translated text needs a tweak, users have to copy it out, edit it elsewhere, and paste it back in. We'd like the ability to edit the translated text directly in the reply field and re-translate it in place, so corrections and translation can happen in the same flow without extra steps.

I would like to filter the reviews by the agent who replied.

Adding a visible marker in generated AI replies to show when the knowledge base was used, and ideally which knowledge base content was referenced. This would help us verify retrieval, debug incorrect answers, and understand why/how a reply was generated.

It'd be really cool if there was a graph view for the updated reviews, so that we could see how updated reviews are trending over time. For example, if many players were updating their former positive review into a negative one.

I would like to export (xls/csv) data for custom sources on reviews feed page

We would like to request the ability to download a report that includes the previous review rating before the reply, alongside the current rating after the reply effect has been applied. While we are currently able to manually review these changes in the reviews feed, having the ability to export this data into a downloadable file would greatly improve our ability to build reports and track changes in review scores. Requested Features: The ability to download data similar to the current reviews feed export. The export should include both the current rating and the previous rating before the reply was made, clearly distinguishing between the two. Ability to filter the data based on the same criteria as the reviews feed, but with the added visibility of the previous rating. The goal is to avoid manually clicking through each review to view the previous rating and to provide an easier way to monitor and present changes in review scores. Why This is Useful: This feature would provide more visibility and ease of access to changes in ratings. It would allow us to track the effectiveness of replies on app reviews without needing to navigate to each individual review. It will help in monitoring improvements in app ratings and make it easier to present the data to stakeholders.
