Add an ability to auto-reply to reviews that already have replies.

As the internal note, or something like this, or more deep integration

Add Undo button to allow to get back to the previous reply version (for example, before Ask AI was used)

I would like to sync app reviews to a tool where I can categorize them together with user feedback from other sources. I am trying Zapier which does have Appfollow support. But when I insert my API token I get this message.

When I review or approve a Trustpilot reply in AppFollow, it looks great, proper line breaks, spacing, everything formatted as intended. But once the reply is submitted, AppFollow shows it as a single block of text. The reply posts correctly on Trustpilot, but inside AppFollow, it loses all its formatting. I would like to see the original formatting in AppFollow's display after submission.

Allow to add annotations (rating analysis) to multiple apps at once. Ex.: mass incident affecting all or multiple apps. Useful to add bulk-notes.

Enable us to add one or multiple agents to the Agent performance page. I can only select one or all agents, and I would like to have the option of adding one, two, three, or more.
