Ability to track and analyze competitors’ Custom Product Pages and Custom Store Listings over time. This is critical for understanding competitor funnels and ASO strategies

It would be very helpful to have the “Reply All” button also available at the bottom of the page. When working with bulk actions, having to scroll back to the top each time to reply to all items slows down the workflow. Adding the button at the bottom would make the process more efficient and user-friendly.

Can you release an integration for reports and alerts with Microsoft teams?

Would it be possible to add more details regarding the app version, OS version, and phone model to the summaries and filters in the reply to reviews section?

Currently, when we export the data, it brings blank cells and unnecessary information in the columns, like country. We wanted to be able to select the information that we want to export. Also, a big pain for us is having to export it for each store and merge them afterwards. It would save us time if we could export it for all apps.

The possibility of making the auto-translation feature user-specific, as for now is only possible to change it by workspace

Replies are sent in different languages that we don't know. It will be useful to have the translation feature for replies like we do have for reviews. It will help us check the reply quality in different languages, not only English and Russian

Currently it only integrates with Slack, as we don't use it, having the integration with Microsoft team or email would be great
