Integrate knowledge base (glossary and help center) into automated AI response system to improve accuracy and relevance.

Add ability to copy / duplicate existing alerts and reports and be able to make modifications on the filters. This would be useful especially with my alerts that have Slack integrations. I wouldn't have to spend my time adding in the integration for every alert.

When an alert comes to slack with AI summary, it'd be great that the link to the examples includes only reviews used for the summary, not the whole Reviews feed

Nice to have not just spike detection by tags and stars, but any anomaly detection which AI could summaries and share actionable insights (e.g. replies suggestion, other actions). Email or discord as a transport channel.

Allow to setup the AI Summary alert for reviews in specific countries

Ask different questions, topics for research.

Improve AI replies based on our own replies

It would be great if the "Custom instructions" action could be added to the "Reply with a random template from folder" and "Rephrase" actions. In general, it would be great to have some more flexibility with the settings.
