I would be interested in a feature to track trends and performance metrics for the support team over time, such as overall response rates by month or week. I currently have to manually compile this data in Excel.

Numbers of ratings for US - not correct. We see a lot of ratings which deleted, but number more than we had in total.

We check out it in 3 pages: 1) Reviews feed 2) Reviews distribution 3) Agent performance. Also, pls add Reply Effect for replies sent outside of AppFollow to Agent Performance)

Please add automation coverage metric if possible as we are interested in having an idea about auto responses share among all reviews created.
