Enable The Ability To Sync Replies Made From The Console For Reviews Older Than 2 Weeks
Currently, replies posted from the store console only sync with AppFollow for reviews received within the last 2 weeks. When teams respond to older reviews directly in the console, these replies are not reflected in AppFollow as expected.

Enhance Agent performance data & improve reporting
I would be interested in a feature to track trends and performance metrics for the support team over time, such as overall response rates by month or week. I currently have to manually compile this data in Excel.

Show which automation rule was applied
Show which auto-reply rule triggered a response - currently it's possible to see only that a reply was given by automation but it's not clear which rule specifically. It would be useful to specify that in order to update the rule easily if replies are not correct.

Instead of only having the Average reply time, we need to see the agent reply time, not considering the delays from the store.

Most AI auto-replies start with 'We appreciate your feedback'. We want to have a bigger variety of how AI replies begin to make them more unique.
