We currently use a specific prompt for negative comments, but the 500-character limit is insufficient. We need to add more lines of instructions to make responses more precise. This would allow us to direct comments to the call center or online form based on the issue, and provide appropriate responses for other concerns. Increasing the character limit would enable us to refine the prompt for more accurate responses.
