Increase character limit for prompt customization

We currently use a specific prompt for negative comments, but the 500-character limit is insufficient. We need to add more lines of instructions to make responses more precise. This would allow us to direct comments to the call center or online form based on the issue, and provide appropriate responses for other concerns. Increasing the character limit would enable us to refine the prompt for more accurate responses.

Hi Anatoly Sharifulin, I think that 1000 is still not enough when we need to both define what the prompt should address, considerations for what it should and shouldn't go into. Including also examples of phrasing that it should consider. In particular I think a major issue is that the limit is including characters/spaces so it very quickly gets eaten up, and we still aren't able to achieve the response types we are seeking.
