Numbers of ratings for US - not correct. We see a lot of ratings which deleted, but number more than we had in total. Show rating from Google Play Console.

We have many different custom instructions and finding them can be a challenge

Increase the prompt length for AI-generated responses. It would be helpful to have auto-tag collection based on industry (retail, e-commerce, telco, etc.), allowing users to subscribe to relevant tags. A suggestion feature to highlight cases not currently covered by AI auto-replies would be valuable.

Add the ability to compare summary for the previous month with the current month in the format: a) new topics b) topics that were present only last month c) common topics for both months

When we create/update auto-rules, it's not visible how many reviews will be affected.

I would like the ability to change the day our weekly review summary report is sent. Currently, it is scheduled for Tuesday mornings, but it would be more beneficial for our team if it could be sent on Monday mornings before our weekly team meeting. This change would help us prepare better for our meetings and ensure that we have the most up-to-date information.
