1) Which Trustpilot metrics should we show in Home Hub (TrustScore, average rating, total reviews, reviews over time, etc.)?
2) What’s the main use case for you (reputation monitoring, tracking dynamics, stakeholder reporting, comparing brands/apps, etc.)?
3) Do you need it for one Trustpilot profile or multiple profiles/brands you manage?

- Ideally it should show similar overviews to the appstore profiles.
But in particular AI semantic keyword analysis and potentially word clouds. Reply rate, unanswered reviews, Overviews for time periods in terms of inbound, rating splits etc.
- It would be ideal to be used both for reputation monitoring & live management, and stakeholder reporting.
- We would need it for multiple profiles, and in particular also the provision for Location based profile structure setups on Trustpilot. So a slightly more complicated setup.
