We would like to BBB-related comments, integrate them, and sync the information to Zendesk so that replies can be managed on Zendesk. Simultaneously, the content of the replies can be synced to Reddit (via private messages). This is extremely important to us!

Hi there, Responsible Lemur — thanks for sharing this, totally hear how important it is for your workflow. Could you please уточнить a couple of things so we can understand the integration better:
1) What exactly do you mean by BBB content (reviews vs complaints vs messages), and which fields/items should be synced into AppFollow?
2) How do you want the Zendesk flow to work on your side (just view/assign, or also reply from Zendesk), and what should be pushed back to BBB after the reply?
3) For syncing the reply text to Reddit via private messages: who should receive those PMs, and how should we map a BBB thread to Reddit (one PM per BBB item, or keep it as an ongoing conversation thread)?
