Ability to discern if a tag/reply was added by an automation or agent

As part of our quality control process, our organization checks to see if agents are applying the correct tags to reviews. If they apply the wrong tag/reply, it's possible that their quality score will be affected. However there's currently no way to know if a tag was added by an agent, or by an existing automation.
Something like a "history" button which lists all actions taken on a review would be ideal. Many CRMs (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, HelpShift, etc) already have this, so it would be a win if it were to be added to App Follow as well.
