Add "Exclude Updated Reviews" toggle to Automated Reply Settings

Currently, the AI automated reply system does not distinguish between a brand-new review and an updated one. When a user updates their review to "reply" to us or provide more context, the AI treats it as a fresh query. This creates a poor user experience where the AI fails to recognize the existing history and responds as if it's the first time we've seen the feedback.
So I am requesting to introduce a setting in the automation rule kit that allows us to exclude updated reviews. By targeting only "New" reviews, we can handle updates manually to ensure the conversation remains human and contextually accurate.
