Add Slack as a channel option for Review Summary alert

Currently only email is offered, and we have a dedicated slack channel for all of our ASO related summaries. It would be beneficial to have this summary as well. We do currently use the AI summary which covers some reviews, but this would be a good bit of addtional data to have in there.
