Add Slack as a channel option for Review Summary monitoring agent

Currently only email is offered for Monitoring Agents. Previously in the Legacy integrations, it was possible to add it for Slack, the client found the existing integration and managed to edit it to re-enable the summary, but when they try to create the same thing for the 3 other apps, clicking "Add new" sends them to the Monitoring Agents flow — and there, the "Send to" step only offers Email or Webhook, with no option to post to a Slack channel. They want to still receive these alerts via Monitoring Agents, in Slack too.

Got it: in Monitoring Agents the “Send to” step currently shows only Email/Webhook, and you’d like Slack channel delivery for Review Summary (like in the legacy integration), especially so you can set it up across multiple apps.
