Auto-replies for the replied reviews

Hi Quail Viper, thanks for the request — could you please clarify a couple of things so we understand the exact workflow?
1) When exactly should an auto-reply trigger if the review already has a reply (for example: user edits/updates the review, a new developer reply appears, or on some schedule)?
2) In this case, should the auto-reply be added as an extra reply, or should it update/replace the existing reply?
3) Any scenarios where we should skip auto-replies for already-replied reviews (by rating, keywords/topics, or if the reply was posted by a specific teammate/agent)?
