Ad-hoc Querying: The ability to ask follow-up questions. I want to dig deeper into the detected themes.
Contextual Persistence: The AI should maintain the context of the filtered review set so I can refine my search through natural language rather than just UI filters.
Root Cause Analysis: Using the AI to bridge the gap between "what" is happening (the summary) and "why" (extracting specific user quotes or patterns through chat).
This would significantly reduce the time our team spends manually sifting through reviews after reading an initial AI summary that is limited to just one output.
