Display monthly rating values directly on the Rating Analysis chart

Add the option to display the actual rating value for each period directly on the Rating Analysis chart when only the Avg. new rating metric is selected.
Currently, the chart shows the rating trend line, but users must hover over each data point to see the exact value. An optional setting to show rating labels on the chart (e.g., 4.82, 4.78, 4.81) would make it easier to export screenshots and use the chart in recurring performance reports without requiring additional processing in Excel or other tools.
Use case: Quarterly/monthly reporting where teams need a presentation-ready chart showing rating values by month at a glance.

Got it on showing the exact monthly Avg. new rating values прямо on the Rating Analysis chart (so you don’t need to hover), especially for screenshot/export and recurring reports.
