Replies sent to Apple App Store reviews remain stuck in the "Processing" status indefinitely, even though they are successfully submitted and processed in the background.
Current Behavior:
When replying to reviews on the Apple App Store, the status of the reply remains as "Processing" even after a successful submission.
This does not happen with Google Play Store replies — their status updates to "Replied" in real time.
Despite the status not updating, the reply is correctly sent. A manual page refresh reflects the correct "Replied" status.
Expected Behavior:
The reply status should automatically change from "Processing" to "Replied" once the Apple App Store confirms the reply was successfully submitted, without needing to refresh the page.
Impact:
This is primarily a UI/UX issue, but it can cause confusion or unnecessary concern for users monitoring reply statuses.
