Increase Character Limit for AI Custom Instructions

Currently, 1,000 characters only allows for basic prompts. Increasing the character limit to at least 5,000 characters (similar to industry standards for AI system prompts). This would allow users to provide comprehensive "Instructions Kits" and increase the accuracy of automated replies.

Anatoly Sharifulin hi! I shared in our internal chat an example of custom instruction that would have needed more characters to be completed. In general, I always add the tone of voice guidelines in our instructions and they take a lot of characters. With more visibility on how the knowledge base works and what is included, I think the characters limit won't be a problem anymore. But FYI, competitors tools have a higher allowance
