We need the ability to create alerts based on keywords for reviews. For example, when a review mentions specific keywords like “account opening” “login issue,” the related internal team should automatically receive an alert.

What specific keywords would you like to set alerts for, and how frequently do you expect these alerts to be triggered?
Which internal teams should receive these alerts, and what is the preferred method of notification (e.g., email, SMS, in-app notification)?
Are there any specific conditions or thresholds (e.g., number of mentions) that should trigger an alert for a keyword?
