What problem are you trying to solve? - deleted review by a user does not synchronize with AppFollow
How are you doing that now? - respond to review, the fact that reviews was deleted by a user gets known AFTER a response is sent
What do you not like about how you do it now? - the fact that review was deleted should be shown immediately (or deleted reviews can disappear from the view)

Deleted reviews should be proactively synced and marked as unavailable once they are removed from the App Store or Google Play, rather than remaining in active workflows until an attempt is made to reply.
Currently, teams must manually attempt responses to identify deleted reviews, which creates unnecessary work, affects workflow accuracy, and increases the chance of agents handling reviews that are no longer visible to customers.
It would be helpful to have at least one of the following:
* Automatic deleted-review status updates
* A filter or label for reviews that may no longer be available
* A bulk reconciliation or cleanup option
* An export/API field showing the latest review availability status
This would make review-management workflows much more reliable for teams handling high volumes of reviews.
