We would like to have more options for reporting on tags. Specifically:
  • To see a tag share comparison month by months (to track whether the issue is reducing over time or it's still there)
  • To export tags analysis and share it as a brief report via email. The goal is to provide a different team members with a quick and easy way to track main metrics
Basically, with tags we aim to understand what's the biggest issue (what people complain about) and how it changes on a weekly and monthly basis, in a quick and easy-to-read format.
