More scalable Automation Hub (app folders)

We would massively benefit from having a more scalable automation hub at AppFollow. When you have reply/tag rules multiple apps, multiple languages & topics each, it becomes challenging to scroll through the automation list. Will be much easier if it's possible to switch between app-specific rules inside automation hub.
It will also help to bulk update multiple rules (add a new app) once we decide to add a new app to AppFollow automation.

In the Automation Hub, I would like better organization and grouping options for the AI instructions and automation rules. Currently, the large number of rules and instructions can be difficult to manage and navigate.
Criteria:
Add the ability to create folders or categories to group related automation rules and AI instructions.
Enhance the search and filtering capabilities within the Automation Hub to make it easier to find specific rules and instructions.
Provide better visual cues and indicators for the status, priority, and usage of each automation rule and AI instruction.
