At the moment when creating different conditions for AI generated replies we can set specific words rather than some description of the context. That leads to a situations when usage of specific words in the conditions leads to generating replies that do not correspond to the context of the review. E.g. when a rule contains the word "need" it could be viewed as feedback request, but the client actually refers to deposits/withdrawals he needs to receive rather than a missing feature.
