Currently, when a review is updated by the user in the store and a new AI reply is created by automation and left with Pending Reply status, the existing reply for this review (the reply which exists in the store) becomes "invisible" in AppFollow, and it makes it harder to notice there is an existing one already attached to the review: the "show history" link is small and doesn't quickly get noticed, and the new AI reply makes the client believe there hasn't been a posted reply yet to this review, and the one pending is the only one as it is the only one big and visible. Some sort of notice or badge to remind that there is an existing reply in the store, or even a clearer depiction that there are previous replies (and versions of the review) would be of great help here.
