Support enterprise SSO / API-token auth for AppFollow MCP

The AppFollow MCP server only supports Google OAuth for login. Customers using corporate SAML/SSO for their AppFollow workspace can't authenticate, since their SSO session isn't recognized and they have no Google account to map to.
The request is to support enterprise SSO or API-token authentication for MCP, so SSO-only workspaces can use it.

Hi there Aegean blue Koi, thanks for flagging this — super helpful context. Got it: MCP login is currently Google OAuth only, so SSO-only (SAML/corporate) workspaces can’t authenticate. We’ll take a look at adding enterprise SSO and/or API-token auth for MCP and follow up once we have an update.
