Add the ability to retrieve the total downloads metric via the ASO Reports API — equivalent to what Apple and Google display in their consoles (combining both new and re-downloads).

The “Featured Apps” functionality—including both the Featured Timeline and related alerts—is currently only available for App Store apps. The customer is requesting support for Google Play as well, so they can track all types of Google Play features in the same way.

I would like to receive alerts for updates released by competitor apps, not just my own applications. This feature would help me stay informed about changes in the competitive landscape and adjust my strategies accordingly. It would be beneficial if your system could support setting up these alerts.

I would love to see search ads recommendations expanded to include new countries where Apple Search Ads is now available. This would be particularly beneficial for regions like Brazil and Turkey, among others, to enhance our marketing strategies.
